Why do I need an account?
A completed research profile is required before products and prices are displayed. Sign-in uses ChatGPT. Date of birth is used to calculate age; entered details are not an independent verification of identity or researcher credentials.
How do I place an order?
Choose products and quantities, review your bag, select a shipping service, and submit an order request. The request is saved to your account. Payment is arranged separately after review; this website does not collect online payments.
What is the current shipping offer?
Standard shipping is quoted at $15 and expedited shipping at $25 for supported contiguous-U.S. requests. Processing and delivery timing, final availability, and applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.
How does the complimentary bottle work?
A request containing at least three qualifying vials receives one complimentary 10 mL BAC-water bottle. The product page indicates eligibility. NAD+ and separately purchased BAC water do not count toward the threshold.
Are rewards and partner commissions live?
Membership is available. The rewards and partner-program areas are prepared for launch; earning, redemption, sales commissions, and payouts are not active. Published final program rules will apply when each program opens.
