The current request form supports the contiguous United States. Contact the store before requesting another destination. An international language choice does not mean international shipping is available.
Quoted rates
Standard shipping is quoted at $15 per request and expedited shipping at $25. These are service selections, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing, delivery timing, product-specific handling, taxes, and final availability are confirmed before payment.
Before dispatch
No shipment is released until the store has accepted the order and received payment. Confirm the shipping address and contact details. A saved request is not a paid invoice or a carrier acceptance.
Tracking and delivery issues
When the operator records a shipment, its status, carrier, and tracking reference appear in your account. Contact the store with the request number and photographs if the contents appear damaged or incorrect. Do not use material with compromised packaging.
